Cancellations & No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect our providers and other patients, we require 24 hours' notice for any changes or fees will incur.

  • •Late Cancellation (<24 hrs): $175 fee.
  • •No-Show: $200 fee. (Providers wait 15 minutes; if you aren't present by then, the session is considered a no-show.)
  • •Policy: Repeated missed appointments (3+) may result in discharge from the practice to ensure our resources are available for those in urgent need.
