Our practice was founded on a simple realization: the corporate healthcare system is broken. Our Medical Director, Dr. Edison, a former Assistant Medical Officer (AMO) of a major hospital system, spent years navigating the corporate machine only to find it rarely appreciates the provider's heart or the patient's time.

Dr. Edison left the executive suite to build a sanctuary—a practice designed by a physician, for clinicians. He has curated a world-class Operations Team composed of nursing professionals who understand the clinical landscape from the inside out. Under his leadership, we have replaced "hospital-madness" with a calm, concierge-level environment.

We are seeking elite MD/DO Psychiatrists and PMHNPs who:

  • Want to return to patient-centered care without the administrative "noise."
  • Value a professional home led by a physician who understands the reality of the bedside.
  • Are ready to trade high-volume chaos for a sophisticated, concierge-level experience.

The Opportunity

We are a physician-led psychiatric group seeking autonomous and highly professional Psychiatrists (MD/DO) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP). Unlike traditional clinics, Dr. Edison has built this practice on a foundation of clinical excellence, catering to a curated, sophisticated patient population.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position for the provider seeking a professional home where quality is the primary metric.

The Infrastructure & Support

Dr. Edison believes that the best providers are those free to focus 100% on their patients.

  • Physician Leadership: Direct access to Dr. Edison for case consultation and peer-to-peer collaboration.
  • Clinically-Fluent Operations: You are supported by a Practice Operations Coordinator and a dedicated Patient Services Liaison team composed of nurses who understand your needs intuitively.
  • Administrative Shielding: Our team manages all insurance credentialing and billing, providing a "zero-friction" experience.

Practice Standards & Professional Boundaries

  • Clinical Autonomy & Boundaries: We observe a strict "No-Contact" policy for providers on their scheduled off-days. Dr. Edison knows the cost of burnout firsthand and respects your time.
  • Quality Standards: We implement a "Clean Desk" policy for clinical documentation to ensure administrative efficiency and patient safety.
  • Curated Patient Base: We maintain a selective client base to ensure a respectful and professional therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted license (MD, DO, or NP) in the State of Texas (Multi-state licensure in TX, CA, HI, AK, NY, or NC is a major asset).
  • Certification: Board Certification in Psychiatry (ABPN) or National Board Certification as a PMHNP-BC.
  • Professionalism: Exceptional clinical judgment and a demeanor suited for a high-end concierge environment.
