After booking, you'll receive a secure HIPAA-compliant video link. Your visit happens from anywhere private — as long as you are located in the state that you reside in. We currently see patients across NY, TX, CA, HI, NC, and AK.
What can I expect at my first visit?

A 60-minute comprehensive evaluation focused on your story — not a checklist. We'll discuss goals, history, and create a personalized plan together.
Will I be put on medication right away?

No. Dr. Leung practices conservative, integrative psychopharmacology. Many patients benefit from non-medication approaches, lifestyle work, or pharmacogenomic-informed prescribing.
Are evening and weekend appointments available?

Yes. Concierge accessibility is core to ELM Psychiatry — we offer flexible scheduling that fits around career and family.
Is everything confidential?

Absolutely. All visits, scheduling, and forms use HIPAA-compliant encrypted systems. Discretion is foundational to our practice.
How do payments and scheduling work?

Scheduling is simple! Once you've chatted with our nurses, just sign your consents and add a payment method to lock in your spot. We don't charge anything upfront—payment only happens after appointment. We'll send a text or email the moment your booking is official!
Do you accept insurance?

We believe high-quality care should be accessible. We currently accept both private pay and insurance. To get started, simply reach out to our team, and we'll handle the logistics of getting you set up.
